We run a 5* rated kitchen and we are very confident in our processes, it is important to note that we do use allergen ingredients in our kitchen. We do use peanuts in our peanut butter and salted caramel brownies and we use lots of ground almonds in our bakes. Please always talk to us if you or one of your guests needs to be allergen cautious. It is very important that we are aware of anyones allergen needs.
