Inspired by cakes from the middle east. We use ground almonds, polenta, pistachios, rose water and lemon zest. Drizzled with a citrus infused icing and topped with crushed pistachios and rose petals. THIS CAKE IS MADE WITHOUT GLUTEN AND DAIRY.
