Gosh Patisserie makes desserts for local restaurants
Our experience at Gosh Patisserie is wider than cakes, we make desserts too. We were approached by Azaro the Indian restaurant in Hove. Our brief was to design a dessert suitable for Valentines day. We suggested a chilli and chocolate decadent cake served with mango kulfi and a red sugar tuille.
The result was delicious and very fitting for a valentines meal.
